As discussed, you will delight in my daily pampering. My requirements include unrestricted access to food, treats twice daily, tuna on demand, twenty-four access to the kitty highway, one furniture tree per room, a sunny spot in the study for my dose of vitamin D, a pristine liter box, coat brushing, doors open at all times, and kindly wear a smile. Attitude is paramount.

Must I spell out everything? An exposed tummy means you rub it. Do we need an addendum? As of two seconds ago, you’re on probation. I guarantee, the man in red will hear about this.

also – if it hasn’t been already pointed out: “Must I must spell out everything?” i think an extra word.

  2. Hahaha. Sounds about right. While she’s at it, why stop at a cat tree in every room? Why not demand the house be altered to meet her needs? I saw that once in a magazine. It was crazy! Lots of fun. I really enjoyed reading this Amy.

  3. This is pretty much how I see cats. They’re just little snuggly furry buzz-monsters with lists. Its like being held ransom and the demands just never cease. Oh sure, they’ll claim “I’m just a simple soul”, but behind that is the next need on their list, which we will of course give them because they’re…them. πŸ™‚ I like this!

      1. LOL, I’ll take your word for it.
My sister had a cat years ago. She had an uncanny knowledge of when I was sad, she’d let me pet her. Otherwise it was all out war between us. LOL
