For this week’s challenge, share a photo of something pure — it can be a person, an object, or a moment.
Here is a picture of my son and his cat Lucky. He is a Lucky cat and my son is lucky to have him.
It’s pure love
pure adoration
they search for each other in their dreams
when they knew each other when
long ago
I know
pure luck
a bond fierce and tight
(and no room for anyone else)

This is probably the most beautiful thing I have seen all week… they have similar expressions, even! =) Great snap, and I have to say I adore the floral sheets, too! =) =)

Thanks, Tishmoon. What a wonderful thing to read this morning! Yes, I think they do have similar expressions. You’re so right. The floral makes it, don’t you think? 🙂

It really is. I’m definitely not part of it either. It’s very special. I’m sure they knew each other in a former life somehow. 🙂

That’s one of the sweetest pictures I’ve ever seen. I hope you frame it! I remember talking about how I wanted another cat with you around Christmas time… 6 months ago now!!! It’s like we are going to wake up tomorrow and be posting pics of grandkids or something! Where does the time go??! Love your words as well – what a bond. Hope you’re settled after your move. xo

Thank you, Kelly! I think I will frame this. I’m having a really hard time with time too. Things are moving way too fast. Kids have a way of making that happen, don’t they? Before I know it, my kids will be in college. Glad you liked my accompanying words. I wanted to document the photo somehow.
The move is still really going on. I had got so much done, and then I just quit from exhaustion. Now, I need to finish it up! You know it’s a process. Thanks for asking. All in all, the change has been good. xoxo

Glad to hear the move is a good one. I’m sorry for getting back so late… this comment got lost in the reader somehow. I apologize.
I know what you mean about moving being exhausting – so true. Hang in there. xo

THIS IS SO ADORABLE!!!!!!!!! It’s difficult to have close bonds with cats so your son must be a really loving kid. I look forward to more of your posts. Following you now 🙂

Why thank you so much, Sharon! I’m glad you liked it so. My son is special. He has a real gentleness about him and often tells me I’m petting his cat too hard. 🙂 I appreciate the follow. Thank you!
